THE PROBLEM

Breaking through the noise is one of the hardest challenges that modern-day creators face.

Especially with the mystical algorithms running the show, the bigger, most visible accounts continue to steal the limelight and the cycle of exposure continues.

THE SOLUTION

A collective of style-specific hubs that all have one thing in common.

They only showcase the works of creators with under 10k followers.

The quality of work will be just as high as hubs without this restriction, and by targetting small accounts (who are the majority of the user base), while offering the chance to be a part of a wider community of creatives, they will be incentivised to follow and engage.

YOUR ROLE

I admire your work in your specific area and want your help to run one of these pages.
Initially, only one/two people will be recruited per hub so spaces are limited.

The minimum requirements will be to curate the feed by looking through the hub hashtag and post daily, replying to comments.

As the pages are growing, you will need to look through other popular hashtags to find content and to DM the creators, requesting to repost. (I will create a message template)

However, the more engaging you can be with the audience, the better it will be for the page. So running polls, sharing additional images in stories, hosting live streams etc will be fantastic. Suggestions on other ways to grow the hubs will be appreciated.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

Your status as Mod (moderator) will be listed on every post that you make, and you will have your own “highlight” permanently on the front page to promote your own work.

As a key member of this collective community, you will be a part of any future collaborations/deals. This included cross collaborations between hubs, brand deals and the sale of and products/assets associated with your hub.

Any monetary profits that are made (see below) will go to you directly.

And most importantly you will be helping the growth of a new community and encouraging the next generation of creators.

LONG-TERM

This is a long-term project that will only grow in significance as the community develops.

Once the community is large enough, the plan is to sell various products in the future. These will include preset packs designed to suit the style of each category and merch around the under10Kclub branding as well as general “supporting young/new creators” philosophy.

The end-goal will be to produce style-specific online courses in the future as well or host workshops if there is enough interest. These will be run by you and hub specific profits will go to you (not split across the whole collective).
